Mr. President,

On the occasion of the National Day of the Republic of Ghana, I have the great pleasure to address to you my warmest congratulations and my wishes of happiness and prosperity for the whole of the Ghanaian people.
During last year, your official visit to France and your attendance to the Elysée Summit have reinforced our bilateral relationship. I wish to confirm to you the involvement of France to go on this way in order to deepen the partnership between France and Ghana.
I wish your country pursues harmoniously its economic and social development and plays a major role on the regional scene thanks to its democratic model.
Please accept, Mr. President, the assurances of my highest consideration.
