Zenith Hygiene Systems Ghana Limited, a private owned independent chemical company in the United Kingdom, on July 8, 2014 announced its presence in the country.
Mr. Lord Stanley Fink, Chairman of Zenith Hygiene Group, said the chemical product to be launched in September 2014, would supply over 700 top-notch chemical products for hotels, public houses, healthcare and contract cleaners.
Mr. Fink said their outfits’ boast of quality products that focus on customer needs and that the company is committed to continuous improvement to all their products to meet the needs of customers and comply with international standards.
“Many people love fresh cleaning and as such we are presenting to Ghanaians chemical products that would enhance lives; Our promise is to introduce stakeholders to our wide range of convenient products with constant supply” he added.
He said although there are many chemicals and cleaning equipment companies in the country, Zenith Hygiene Systems intends to offer more, having developed a cutting-edge means of meeting everyday cleaning and janitorial needs.
He said UK and Ghana have had a great deal of business partnership spanning over a couple of centuries and it is their hope to strengthen the relationship for mutual benefits.
Mr. Fink said the company has over the 15 years of experience remained the UK’s largest independent manufacturer of cleaning and hygiene products.
Mr. Jon Benjamin, British High Commissioner to Ghana said the event marks yet another flourishing trade partnership between the UK and Ghana estimated to serve a total of 250 million people across the West African sub-region.
Mr. Benjamin said the UK trade and investment, key responsibility is to help Ghana companies in Britain increase their competitiveness through overseas trade in Ghana.
He said there are other areas where Ghana and Britain are working together including climate change, education and the promotion of leadership and management skills in the country through the British Council.
Mr. Benjamin said Ghana is deemed conducive to foreign investors due to its stable economy and dynamic private sector that is willing to collaborate with foreign partners.
He said British businesses will continue to invest in Ghana creating jobs, transferring technology and also developing the skills of Ghanaians adding that the partnership would assist Ghana become a modern and efficient economy.
Mr. Kojo Hastings, Chief Executive Officer of Zenith Hygiene Systems Ghana noted that the event signified the wake of technological revolution in hygiene products and its usage in Ghana and that the products would make a difference in the market because of its quality and user friendliness.
